Who We Are

Precision Computing Intelligence (PCI), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business founded in 1993 with the objective of developing automated solutions for the Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Investigative, and Security communities. CrimeLink™, PCI’s flagship product, has been very successful in assisting organizations throughout the United States and the world with visualizing, understanding, analyzing, and solving their criminal, intelligence, force protection, conspiratorial, fraud, and terrorism problems. Today PCI continues our pursuit of excellence in both our products and client services.

PCI was originally founded as a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) development company with a specific target market of the Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Investigative, and Security communities. After more than a year of research and development, the first version of our investigative analysis tool,CrimeLink™, was introduced to the marketplace in 1994, and was received with open arms. Throughout the years that followed, countless minor incremental versions have been released, and Version 4 is the current major release being supported. Our strategy has always been to accept customer feedback and recommendation for improvements, and to release as many as possible into incremental versions which are provided free to registered customers.

PCI began leveraging its strong development expertise and engineering practices to support other companies and organizations with various aspects of their software development lifecycle. To date, PCI has provided software development services covering everything from embedded systems to enterprise solutions and spanning a wide range of technologies. In addition to software development, we have provided unit level and complete Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for systems ranging from electronic jammers to worldwide enterprise solutions such as the U.S. Army’s recruiting and retention system. Our customers have included such organizations as Northrop Grumman, SAIC, Logicon, Computer Associates, Sterling Software, and the U.S Army’s Electronic Proving Ground. PCI is an engineering services company specializing in custom system/software development. We have extensive experience with numerous software development technologies and have developed desktop stand-alone applications as well as thick-client and web based, three tier, enterprise, client-server applications. Additionally, we have knowledge of database management systems including SQL Server, Oracle, and Microsoft Access databases.
