CrimeLink™ is capable of importing information from two sources: Dialed Number
Recording (DNR)/Pen Registers, and e-mail. The DNR/Pen Register import option is
used to populate the database with telephone numbers and telephone call information
from a variety of sources. The e-mail import option is used to populate a case with
all people who have corresponded with a suspect, and is useful when a computer has
been seized.
