The latest version of CrimeLink is V5.0.2.3, released on 11/27/2011.

Users of CrimeLink™ version 5 or V4.3.0.0 and above: If this is your first time downloading software after a recent purchase, the software has never been activated or you have used the Deactivate feature to relocate CrimeLink™ to another machine, use your 8 character Activation ID that was emailed to you.

If your software has already been activated and you are upgrading to a newer version, use your 25 - 29 character Reporting Code. If you are running version 5, you can find the Reporting Code by selecting the Activation button from the Help ribbon to launch the CrimeLink Licensing Information dialog. If you are running version 4, you can find the Reporting Code by selecting Help->Licensing, and then clicking the Enter Activation Codes button from the CrimeLink Licensing Information dialog.

In addition to your Activation ID or Reporting Code, you need to enter the email address that was used at the time of purchase. If this email address has changed or the person who purchased the software has left your organization, please contact PCI so that we may update our records.

Users of CrimeLink™ V4.2.1.8 and below: In an attempt to update our records and provide better support to our customers, users of version 4.2.1.8 or below will need to provide some additional contact information. Additionally, since the licensing mechanism was changed in version 4.3.0.0, you will be emailed an Activation ID to the email address you provide below that will be used to automatically activate your new software. Once you install any version of CrimeLink™ above 4.2.1.8, your existing Installation/License codes will no longer be needed.

To find your Installation and License code, start CrimeLink™ and click Help->License Authorization. You can copy the codes directly from the License Authorization dialog, as the codes must match exactly to validate.
