PCI warrants the Software media to be free of defects in workmanship for a period
of 90 days from purchase. During this period PCI will replace at no cost any such
media returned to PCI, postage prepaid. This service is PCI's sole liability under
this warranty.
PCI will refund the purchase price of CrimeLink less a 15% restocking fee for a
period of 14 days from date of purchase provided that the software media and documentation
is returned, postage prepaid, and that no license code has been issued to the purchaser.
