PCI is not responsible for any duties or taxes levied by the USA or foreign countries
associated with the shipping of orders outside of the United States. The recipient
of the package will be required to pay any and all duties or taxes associated with
products order from PCI to the customs broker in order to take possession of the
shipment. PCI will abide by all generally accepted shipping practices and by the
export laws of the USA. Please include specific shipping instructions with your
order so that it may be expedited through customs with minimal duties and taxes
applied to it.

All CrimeLink software may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less a
15% restocking fee, unless it has been activated. If a dongle was purchased,
